I. Scope of the Agreement
1.1 This 《Puzzle Pop Blast User Agreement》 (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you (the "user") and the developer of this game (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or the "developer") regarding your download, installation, and use of the 《Puzzle Pop Blast》 game (hereinafter referred to as "this Game") and related services.
1.2 When you download, install, or launch this Game for the first time through an app store (including but not limited to platforms such as the Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.), it signifies that you have fully read, understood, and completely accepted all terms of this Agreement and its attached 《Privacy Policy》.

VI. Intellectual Property Statement
6.1 All intellectual property rights contained in this Game (including but not limited to source code, object code, documentation, art assets, character designs, interface layouts, sound effects, trademarks, etc.) are owned by the developer. Without our prior written permission, no individual or entity may copy, distribute, modify, or use them for other commercial or non-commercial purposes in any way.
VII. Disclaimer
7.1 This game service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no express or implied warranties regarding its suitability, stability, continuity, or non-infringement of third-party rights.

X. Severability of Terms
10.1 If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from this Agreement, but this shall not affect the continued validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
XI. Assignment of Agreement
11.1 We have the right to assign our rights and obligations under this Agreement to affiliates or acquirers without obtaining your separate consent. You may not assign any rights or obligations under this Agreement without our written consent.
